Masaledar Bhindi (Spiced Okra)

Masaledar Bhindi (Spiced Okra)

This is a spicy but very tempting Okra Fry.I have come across people who were desperate to know how to cook Okra and how to serve with Rotis.I got a few requests from people abroad as well who love Rotis and Paranthas to give them tips on the various methods to cook Okra the Indian way.In a previous post I mentioned a mild fry. This is a tad bit spicy with the Okras cut into bite size pieces which will further enhance the senses!
