Raw Banana Cutlet

Raw Banana Cutlet

Raw Banana is a vegetable which is used in various ways.Used to make subzi, pakoda and kofta this is something which has a neutral taste and will take on any taste. So liberally add masalas and make these delicious cutlets for everyone to drool over.I have used bread in two ways:

1.Bread slices – for binding the cutlet mixture

2.Breadcrumbs – for crisping the cutlets

These are great options for parties and rainy days!
