The subzi here is made using fresh vegetables and Paneer – the Indian version of Cottage Cheese.Crunchy vegetables combine with soft, juicy and delicious cubes of Paneer simmered in a creamy sauce made in Two minutes – yes 2 minutes.Added spices lend their delicious flavour to the recipe!
