Roll out the thawed pastry into a rectangle and sprinkle the Cumin Powder evenly over it.With a silicone brush dipped in water, brush evenly over the whole rolled sheet.

Cut into finger shapes, rectangles or squares with a pizza cutter and lay the pieces evenly over the prepared cookie sheet.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes until the top is a beautiful burnished golden colour.Ten take the cookie sheet out and reverse the biscuits with a spatula.

Lower the heat to 180°C and cook for a further of 15 minutes till the pastry has dried inside out and the biscuits are crispy and buttery!
