Preparation Time : 10 minutes
Makes : 2 servings
INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup blueberries
1/4 cup red grapes (take the ones available where you stay)
1/4 cup cubed fresh Pineapple
1 tbsp honey (optional)
5 Mint Leaves
1 tbsp Coriander Leaves plus a few for garnishing
1/2 cup thick yogurt (use yogurt from nut milks)
METHOD
Blend everything in a blender and pour into glasses. Top with a Coriander Leaf and have the first thing for breakfast.

I make a similar one sans yoghurt but with Black grapes and pineapple with a dash of cinnamon and coriander leaves. the blueberries have added a healthy touch here ! thanks for the theme, Amrita 🙂 and we saw some very healthy recipes !
