Making this recipe for Foodiemonday Bloghop where the theme of the week was Saawan Vrat Special!
NOTE : I have used powdered roasted Chana for breading the Cutlets but you can use buckwheat flour (kuttu ka atta),besan or soya flour or even finely crushed peanuts
Preparation Time : 1 hour

1 green chilli – finely minced
1 tbsp besan (optional)
1 cup roasted Chana (finely powdered) for coating the cutlets (see NOTE on top)
Oil for frying
To serve :
Coriander Mint Chutney
METHOD
Put the Raw Bananas,Potatoes and Sweet Potatoes in a pressure cooker and cook for 4 – 5 whistles till fork tender.Peel and put into a large bowl.Mash finely with a potato masher.Mix everything to amalgamate.
Add the salt and spices to the mashed vegetables.Add besan and mix well.
Take the powdered Chana on a plate.
Divide the cutlet mix into 15 – 17 portions and shape into flat cutlets. You can make croquettes if you want.Roll the cutlets in the powdered Chana and place on a plate.Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
