Szechuan Rice is a very delicious and flavorful rice from China.Its delicately flavored with Szechuan Sauce and vegetables to create a perfect lunch.
Szechuan Fried Rice with Paneer Chili
Preparation Time – 30 minutes
Makes – 2 servings
INGREDIENTS
3 cups rice – boiled or steamed
2 Onions – diced
1 Green Capsicum – diced
1 Carrot – diced
2 1/2 tbsp Szechuan Sauce(readily available in the Market)
2 tbsp Oil
2 tsp Garlic – minced
METHOD
Heat Oil in a pan and add the Garlic.Add onions and saute till translucent.Add the other vegetables and cook for 2-3 minutes.Add the sauce and stir.Add the rice and mix well gently ensuring the grains do not break.
Serve hot with accompaniments like Manchurian or Paneer Chili.
