Replacement for lunch – A Celebrity Recipe

In the FoodieMonday Bloghop we have Mallika who gives us lovely and adventurous themes! This time Mallika suggested a theme FilmyFoodies which was making any recipe related to your favourite celebrity! It was so unique and so different that we had to actually put on our thinking caps and plan things extensively.I knew the person I was going to represent (people knowing me know who it is) and I know it was going to be healthy!I have been a fan of him since his first movie released in 1992 when i was a child who loved books and games more than leading men in movies! However I became a fan of him before I knew it and it has been like that till date!He is the very fit, very handsome and very sweet Suniel Shetty!

My ever favourite pic of him…:)

I follow him on Insta and have the privilege of him liking my comments on his posts (what more does a fan want)! He has currently joined the Patanjali campaign for a very fit India called MissionFit. His mantra is ” TRANSFORMATION!!!In two weeks you’ll feel it …in four weeks you’ll see it…in eight weeks you’ll hear it”!Now isn’t that awesome!

When Mallika suggested this theme,I reverted to a post he had shared last year of a simple lunch replacement of fruits and yogurt and which I have been following for some days of the week.I tweaked the recipe a bit,but yes without decreasing the health quotient.I hope this recipe will enable people to eat healthy and clean and pep up the value of health foods in their life!
